This villa is divided into 3 individual appartments (8 pers / 4 pers / 4 pers) that can be rented apart or all together sleeping up to 16 people.
We only rent to one customer at a time be it one flat, two flats or the whole villa to maximise your privacy.
The villa is perfect for families or friends that wish to holiday together yet have their own individual flat.
The villa is situated on the edge of Clermont l'Herault in the department of l'Herault in the Languedoc Roussillon. It is next to a natural park and a 3 minute drive from the Lake Salagou. The town centre is a 5 minutes walk away and there is an excellent restaurant a short stroll away. There is a golf course at Lamalou les Bains not far away which also boasts a casino and is a reknown spa town.
Montpellier is a 40 minutes drive away and the beautiful beaches of the mediteranean sea like Marseillan plage about half an hour.The medieval capital of the region is Pezenas, a stunningly preserved town, is 15 minutes away hosting late night shopping in the high season, lots of little restaurants and a truly latin feel. It is famed for Moliere (the french equivilant to Shakepeare) who lived and worked there for many years and his plays are still performed regularly within the ancient courtyards or on the large stone staircases.
Lake Salagou has many water based activities such as sailing and carp fishing or simply sunbathing on the beach there. There are endless cross country biking and hiking opportunities around it. The dramatic red soil with the bright blue water is specially suited to photography.
